Located on the western side of Jardim do Mar village. Follow the signs for the “Passeio Marítimo” (Promenade) and walk towards the cliffs of Fajã da Ovelha.

Important to Know

  • Surfing Only: Unless the sea is perfectly calm, swimming is not recommended here due to strong currents and large rocks.
  • Scenery: The backdrop of the 400-meter cliffs dropping into the ocean is incredibly imposing.
  • Tranquility: Since most people stay near the village center, this beach often offers more solitude.
