Located between the parishes of São Jorge and Arco de São Jorge, the Beira da Quinta Viewpoint offers an ample panoramic view over the northwest coast. It overlooks the picturesque village of Arco de São Jorge, which sits in a natural mountain amphitheater surrounded by deep blue sea.

Access: Directly on the main regional road (ER101).
Time: 10–15 minutes.
Difficulty: Very Easy.
Parking: Dedicated parking lot at the viewpoint
Best season: All year round.
How to Get There
Situated on the main ER101 road between Santana and São Vicente. It is a very obvious rest stop with a large parking area and a red-roofed building.

- Vineyards: You can see how the vineyards of Arco de São Jorge stretch all the way down to the ocean cliffs.
- Sunset: A fantastic and easy-to-reach spot to watch the sun dip toward the northwestern horizon.
- Geography: It provides one of the best perspectives of the “stepped” cliff formations of the north coast.
