Miguel Albuquerque presided over the inauguration of the TRACER AI Europe facilities in Madeira. The company is now operating from the Porta da Cruz Civic Centre. Founded in 2022, it focuses on consulting and business management, helping companies with creation, expansion, and modernisation at an international level. Its work also extends to the real estate, tourism, commercial, and engineering sectors. TRACER AI Europe, formerly known as MADPOWER, Lda., is therefore strengthening its presence in the Region after previously being based in Santa Cruz. The move to the Civic Centre followed a public auction promoted in November 2025 by the Regional Directorate of Heritage, which leased floors 1 and 2 of the building for 7,250 euros per month. The Regional Government says the company’s arrival will help boost the economic and social dynamism of Porto da Cruz and the Region.
