PR 9.1 — Levada do Caldeirão Verde — um caminho para todos

An accessible version of the famous Caldeirão Verde trail. This short section follows the very first part of the levada from Queimadas, which is wide, flat, and safe for everyone. It allows families with young children or those with limited mobility to experience the stunning Laurissilva forest without the long distance or dangerous tunnels.

How to Get There
