The Nazaré Sports Complex is the first sports hub of Madeira, featuring two heated swimming pools (20 and 25 meters) and a gym. It was inaugurated in 1998 by the Clube Naval do Funchal.
Facilities: 4 floors with reception, changing rooms, snack bar, weight and cardio rooms, Pilates studio, indoor cycling room, and a Naval Box (functional training).
Pools: swimming for babies, swimming classes, free swimming, water aerobics, hydro-HIIT, and aquatic rehabilitation. Accessible to people with reduced mobility. More than 40 kindergartens in the area frequently use this complex.
Fitness: Les Mills classes (Body Pump, Combat, Balance, Jam, GRIT), Zumba, Pilates, indoor cycling, functional training, fitness dance, and running. For children: Jam Kids (dance, ages 3 to 12).
Additional services: personalized training, therapeutic space Algo Azul (massage and aesthetics), free nutritional consultations.
Access: automatic registration with a card or contactless wristband. Private parking.
