Horários do Funchal has announced that its regular bus operations may be disrupted on Wednesday, 27th of May, between 15:30 and 18:30. The possible interruption is linked to a plenary of workers called by the National Union of Drivers and Other Workers (SNMOT). The company said it is asking passengers for understanding while it works to reduce the impact of the stoppage as much as possible. It also stated that it will take every measure within its power to limit the inconvenience caused. Any bus routes affected by the disruption will be shared on the company’s social networks. Those updates will be posted on Facebook and in its dedicated service update WhatsApp group.
